House shopping for cheap properties in Detroit and came across a house with the faucets broken on all the sinks, and it caused a huge flood in the basement. They were asking $90k for the property but they clearly won't get anywhere near that. The other 2 properties were overpriced as well but I ended up putting an offer in on the house listed for $70k.
