This video shows the testing of the Local Oscillator using an oscilloscope.
The test result was satisfactory.
I could check that this stage was working properly.
But I made a mistake.
According to the assembly manual, the Local Oscillator's outputs would be measured with respect to the analog ground plane,
NOT with respect to the galvanically isolated USB groundplane as showed in this video.
