This is day 16 of me trying to find out that which state of India has the best food. In this video I’ll be trying the most famous food item of India’s most densely populated state, Bihar. Bihar is the birthplace of the last Sikh guru, Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Other than its religious and cultural significance, Bihar is also extremely well known for its delicious food, the most famous one of them being, Litti and Chokha. Surprisingly all the food items were extremely flavourful and unique in their own way. I had a great time trying out these food items.
