Here’s the recipe:

### Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 slice of bread or 2 doing on it's size (sourdough, whole grain, or your choice)
- 1-2 tsp chili oil or olive oil (optional, for drizzling)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat)
- Everything bagel seasoning (let me know if you want the recipe)

### Instructions
1. **Prepare the Bread:** Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.

2. **Prepare the Avocado:** Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt, pepper, add the boiled eggs and mash to your desired consistency—smooth or chunky.

3. **Assemble the Toast:** Spread the mashed avocado evenly onto the toasted bread slices. Drizzle a little chili oil if desired.

4. **Season and Add Toppings:** Sprinkle with additional everything bagel seasoning

5. **Serve Immediately:** Enjoy your avocado toast fresh for the best flavor and texture!

### Tips
- For an extra creamy texture, add a teaspoon of Greek yogurt to the mashed avocado.
