Using Proficy Authentication to manage your Proficy application users? Want to implement Automatic login to minimize the number of logins between Proficy apps? Watch this video to learn how create a service principal name when configuring auto-login. (Step 3 of 5).

Proficy Authentication provides identity-based security for Proficy-based applications and APIs. It supports open standards for authentication and authorization, including Oauth2. With Proficy Authentication (UAA), if you have a Proficy product installed that uses Proficy Authentication, additional Proficy products installed after that initial product can also share that existing, already configured Proficy Authentication architecture.

NOTE: iFIX automatic login (auto login) is currently not supported for Proficy Authentication users.
