LOCO is a band from Los Angeles CA. Part punk, part metal, part 80-Alt, but all rock n’ roll.
Comprised of Eric Asevo - bass/vocals,
Greg Millan - drums/vocals
David Macias - guitars/vocals.
Formed in late 2023 they hit the ground running with a handful of live shows and a trip to Mouse House studios. There they set out to record a 3-song EP engineered and produced by Rich Mouser (Weezer, Green Jelly, The Generators, Joe Holmes & Robert Trujillo etc.).
What transpired are three upbeat, energy packed tunes and get and keep one rocking.
“We wanted to write fun songs with good grooves, big hooks and harmonies but still have a cutting edge” says Eric Asevo. “I love music of all genres and pull different elements to create our songs. Asevo is a familiar face on the Los Angeles rock scene and has seen many bands come and go. “I've seen it all, the hairbands, the grunge, the nu-metal. I want to write songs the people are still going to remember and love years from now.”
The three members have had their own degrees of success with other bands around the Los Angeles area music scene and beyond, but now joined together and with the access through social media to a worldwide audience.
LOCO is now intent on being a household name.
