Mark is First Team Coach and Loans Manager for AFC Wimbledon. He made his U18s debut for Fulham away at Arsenal when just 14 but ruptured a quad at 16 and never fully recovered. He went semi pro and ended up playing for Tooting and Mitcham but constant injuries forced him to stop. At 18 he got a job working at PRS where he quickly developed his people skills. He started with AFC Wimbledon coaching the U9s on a voluntary basis and over a 15 year period went from U9/10/11 coach to “Head Of Youth”, “Academy Manager and U18s Manager,” “Head Of Coaching and U18.s Manager”,”Lead professional phase coach and U18’s Manager” until his current role. He managed the Under 18 team which reached the last 16 of the FA Youth Cup on 2 successive seasons beating, Watford, Newcastle, Huddersfield and Hull City along the way.
