Their first goal would be to destroy the US. They would start by influencing the Eastern Europe, and would be able to get some old allies back with them. US would want to create plans to stop the aggressors, but USSR would predict that, and would take the West before US can act. That would force them to beg China for help, and with the two most powerful armies in the world fighting together, they would easily beat them, restoring world peace.
