Dozens of Romanian private military fighters arrive in Rwanda and undergo security checks and bag searches after crossing from the Democratic Republic of Congo, as the nearby Congolese city of Goma is on the verge of falling to Rwanda-backed fighters. The fighters were amongst those contracted to fight on the side of the Congolese army in its years-long conflict with the Rwanda-backed M23 armed group in Eastern DR Congo.
