So if the treadmill says you burned 300 calories, and then you go eat 300 calories, odds are you didn’t actually burn 300 calories…

So now because you rely on “calories burned” in the gym, you don’t lose weight.

Focus on PERFORMANCE in the gym and FAT LOSS outside of the gym because obsessing over burned calories isn’t the best fat loss approach.

There are 4 ways that your body burns calories (burning calories in the gym is only 1).

So when you don’t take the other 3 into account, you can feel bad about eating any food because you believe you need to “burn it off”…

But that’s not how fat loss works!
