***UPDATE*** I've been wearing this for almost 9 hours now and after 6 hours it does start to fade a lot. The wear time is a good 5-6 hours. And it has a demi-matte finish. I have dry skin and didn't feel it dried my skin, but I do moisturize and prep my skin well before applying any foundation!
