MARC UPTON:
As a resident DJ on Ibiza Stardust Radio and We Are the Underground, with guest shows on Shar-K's Daydreaming Radio and Patchouli Deep, I specialize in progressive and melodic house.

Having been fortunate enough to witness the evolution of House music since the 90s in the vibrant London scene, I have experienced the journey from the early Garage/Acid days to the present era of Tech House. It has been an incredible ride.

Balancing my passion for deep bass-driven music with my day job as a member of the Royal Air Force, I have played in clubs, bars, and various venues, nurturing my love for this genre. In the early 2000s, I held a residency for one of the first internet radio stations, World Wide FM (WWFM), broadcasting from a studio nestled deep within an East London business park. It was during this time that my fascination and adoration for radio truly blossomed. Fond memories were made!

Drawing inspiration from the esteemed pioneers such as Sasha, Digweed, Seamen, and Warren, as well as being captivated by the talents of newer producers like Guy J, Khen, Balkan Connection, and Lane 8, my dedication to deep bass-driven melodic and progressive house remains unwavering. For me, it's all about embarking on a musical journey.

During my sets, I merge various house genres, seamlessly blending the old-school Acid/Techno sounds with the contemporary flavors of melodic, progressive, and tech vibes. It's an amalgamation that creates a captivating and dynamic experience for all.
