to thrive - now and into the future!
Sarah is a retired FBI Supervisory Special Agent, having spent 20 years serving in Oregon, Virginia, and
Idaho. Prior to that, she was an officer in the U.S. Army Military Police Corps and served in Germany,
South Korea, and Washington, and led soldiers on deployments to Croatia and Kosovo.
Sarah has a B.S. in Environmental Science from the U.S. Military Academy (West Point), an M.A. in
Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, and is a National Board Certified Health and
Wellness Coach.
She lives in Boise, Idaho, with her family where they love to do all things outdoors! This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at
