Currently, the dividend yield is 5.2%, which is an impressive number and one of the main reasons investors are attracted to this company. On top of that, VICI has a solid track record of growing its dividends steadily and consistently.

Year-to-date, the stock has been trading sideways, but since July, it has gained significant momentum. I'm glad I bought big time, close to its year-to-date low.
