My brother called me the night before my workshop and asked how it was going. I expressed that I felt great about everything except introducing myself. I did not want to stand up and talk about what I do I wanted to go deeper. He said "You should read that poem I wrote about you " Wow that was not easy and it scared me but I did it. Then I asked everyone there to be vulnerable with me and to go on an open-hearted journey with me that day. Doing things that scare you help breakthroughs happen.
