3/4 large onion (divided)
2 Jalapenos (seeds removed) Optional
1/2 Orange Bell Pepper (diced)
3 large Garlic cloves finely minced
3 large whole Allspice
2 tsp white clear vinegar
1 tsp Mexican Oregano
2 large Bay leaves
1 tsp whole Cumin
1/4 C. rough chopped cilantro (forgot to add)
1 1/2 C. Water (for blender)
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
MEXICAN RICE------------------------------------
1 1/2 Tbsp canola oil
1 C. jasmine rice (rinsed well)
1 3/4 C. water
1 Tbsp tomato flavored Chicken Bouillon
(piece of onion and garlic clove to flavor oil) optional
