Jean-Philippe le Trévou is born in Paris in 1960. He started his musical formation at the age of 12 with the "Maitrise de Radio France." He studies the piano with Danielle Arpajou and the organ with Raphael Tambyeff. His professional activity in the field of digital organs made him approach remarkable formations such as the Philharmonic Orchestra of Berlin with Herbert von Karajan, the National Orchestra of France with Lorin Maazel, the London Symphony Orchestra, as well as many organists: Michel Chapuis, Pierre Cochereau, Bernard Gavoty, Carlo Curley, Virgil Fox.

High in the mountains, a lonely valley hides a dwelling that reminds us of a monastery of the Middle Ages. Jean-Philippe Le Trévou was fascinated by the "Liboson"" and its organ, the soul of this place; in the night he began to improvise.

This digital organ of 75 stops has 4 manuals and a pedal-boardl moreover, an overwhelming echo corresponds to the one in a cathedral. A mystery is hidden behind the phenomenon of the echo. The human soul having its origin in the profoundness of the infinite finds in the echo its own reflection as in a mirror; this explains the facination the echo arouses.
