Walt West fixed his first clock in 1936 when he was 16 years old. It's been a hobby up until a few years ago. But, when his daughter recently moved a vintage clock to dust a shelf, Walt saw the timepiece wasn't running. He made the clock his project and got it ticking and chiming again, to her surprise and to his delight.
