Adam Johnson's album "Chigliak" (Merck, 2003) is a masterpiece. Start to finish. It's a blissful & masterfully crafted release that offers the listener excursions into IDM, Ambient, Techno, Abstract, & Downtempo. It's in my top 10 electronic albums of *all* time, & I think it's near-perfect or actually, perfect. This will sound dramatic but I think it's a tragedy that he only made this one full-length (there's also a few singles/remixes, & 2 eps although one is just a few tracks from this towering opus). Sublime.
