As some of you who've already signed up know, over the next three months, I'll be running a virtual author Q&A on my new book, Bibliotherapy: The Healing Power of Reading.

Over three book club Q&A sessions starting Wednesday 20th March (a month apart on the third Wednesday of each month) we will discuss each section of the book as detailed below. Do sign up at the links below, if you haven't already. Also please submit any questions in advance of these sessions to bijal@booktherapy.io, so that I can make sure I cover these.

1. Wednesday 20th March, 8.45pm to 10pm GMT: Bibliotherapy - What it is? And how it works. Plus we discuss its history and the books that have been instrumental to therapeutic reading. And of course, the books that have inspired us.

We also discuss how we can use and incorporate some of the creative bibliotherapy techniques mentioned into our own lives.
