I've recorded parts of the making of my sample pack 'Drum Manipulation'.
This video is mostly uncut to show how I processed individual sounds.

The concept behind this pack (and two others in my 'Orchestral Manipulation Series') was to take orchestral instruments (from Spitfire Audio Symphony Orchestra and Kontakt's Hans Zimmer Percussion) - in this case, drums like Taiko Ensembles, Timpani, Boobams, Surdu, etc. - and apply various processing techniques to create unique sonic impacts and creative drum sounds.

Just a heads-up, as I received a few questions on this: none of the sounds in this series are made for Kontakt libraries.

These are traditional samples, similar to what you would find in a typical sample pack.
