As per Israeli media reports, the Trump administration is considering displacing Palestinians from Gaza to Morocco as well as Puntland and Somaliland, which are semi-autonomous regions in Somalia. Trump shared his Gaza takeover plan during a press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Washington. He said the US would take over and own the territory after resettling its around 2 million residents to other nations. The US would then undertake an extraordinary redevelopment plan that he claimed could turn the enclave into “the riviera of the Middle East. However, the proposal has faced fierce condemnation, especially from the Arab world.
