
30 second interval timer with 3 minute rounds. Use it either with a punchbag or for shadow boxing. Start with regular speed jabs and punches followed by jogging on the spot while throwing light punches (ride the bike) then finish with heavy hits/hooks/uppercuts etc. Repeat all 3 again, then rest.
