The pocket operator for Pixel is the closest you'll get to a VST version of the Teenage Engineering PO-33. Except that this app let's you sample video and slice that video into chops, or play it chromatically. Pretty fun once you get used to it! Also, if you have a USB class compliant device like an Elektron box, or some Roland stuff you can sample directly into it. Or do what I did and use a Focusrite 2i2 into the Pixel phone. Easy Peasy.
