LOVE AND LIES ' brand new song ' written 17/5/24 ' this song is very obviously inspired by #joydivision ' i have been listening to unknown pleasures by joy division constantly for the past couple of months and i have been formulating this song in my head ' i knew it was coming '.writing the odd lines here and there then it all came together when i started rehearsing with a full band ' friends of mine 'who have the same appreciation for joy division' its not my usual thing the full band setup but we'll see what the reaction is.#indiealternative #ukmusicscene #londonmusic #newmusicalert #factoryrecords #lgbtq #legion THIS is just the first version it will be refined into a better arrangement and something ' LESS RAW ' maybe .This is like taking a trip back to 15 June 1979 When unknown pleasures was released ' tried to get the same raw sound and vibe i think we succeeded , nobody will ever be as great as the legendary #joydivision This song is a love letter to joy division ' thats how i view it .
