First thing they would do, is take over the US, and quickly use his newest soldiers to take both Canada and Mexico, achieving domination on North American continent. In Europe, Santa would launch Operation "Holly Jolly" , which would unite many European countries, and begin an operation to save Christmas. However, the Grinch would already have allies in Europe in Germany and Spain, but they would be defeated by Santa's elves, which would all lead to the final battle.
