
Recipe:
Burger patty
2 LB Rib meat (or your choice of meat), ground
4 TBS Soy Sauce
2 TBS Sugar
1 TBS Sesame Oil
2 TBS Potato Starch
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
5 cloves Garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients, form a ball with 1/2 cup of meat. Smack them around between hands to help adhesion.
Place the meat balls on well preheated griddle on high medium heat with some oil. Flatten it with smasher and flip when bottom is golden brown. And brown the other side.

Sautéed kimchi (well fermented and finely chopped)
Caramelized onions
Sainted mushrooms
Pickled red onions
Bacon
Provolone cheese
Mayo
Leafy lettuce
Tomatoes
