Every weekend, my husband and I (sometimes with kids) always try to go out and do some sight-seeing. One of the benefits of living in Hawaii is the beautiful nature and places to visit which are free or even low entrance fees. Also, the good weather year-round gives us the opportunity to do so. If you miss the snow, there is a chance for snowfall on top of Mauna Kea on the Big Island. I will need to give you some Geography of Hawaii so you understand all the islands and their cities because for some there is still some confusion about the name of each island. Last Saturday we decided to visit the Hanauma Bay (place for gentle swim and snorkel for ocean lives.) because it had been closed since the COVID-19 started. The result of the closure gives the opportunity for the coral to grow and more fishes to come in. Unfortunately, when we arrived (which was right at the gate open time) the line of traffic was way long. We stayed in line for half an hour with minimal car moving. So, we decided to turn around and stopped by the nearby city, Hawaii Kai for breakfast. Then we ended up at the Honolulu Stadium swap meet (which turned into all kinds of new, second-hand merchandise.) We visited my most talented friend who I have a craft and health products sale at her house once a year. Her craftmanship is one of the best and she sold most of her pieces that day but 2. After that, we headed home for much need resting.
