That pretty much confirms that they had nothing for Conker at all.
His voice actor sounds like the original. Could be.

Chris Seavor himself retweets a tweet which confirms him voicing the character. I don't keep up with Rare anymore, so I wasn't sure if he'd voiced him for this.
