On day 4 of Family Reunion, we decided to make dinner with whatever my sis had at home. Mom made her delicious spicy dried pollak. We made soybean sprout rice with beef with spicy soy seasoning. We had some tofu too so made simple pan-fried tofu. My sister promised her daughter they can eat ramen that day after many days of begging so kids got to eat Korean instant noodles. Mom and dad drove like 30 min to go to a nice dollar store to buy supplies for their weekly fan birthday shouts because all the supplies were back home. Dad was very happy about his new props.
