About music: Trance is a musical direction of electronic dance music. The genre arose around the beginning of the 90s of the last century. For the first time, such music became popular in Germany, France, Great Britain, and also in the Netherlands. Such well-known styles as techno and acid house can rightfully be considered the founders of trance. Repeating melodies, phrases and musical forms are all distinctive features of trance music. The name of the genre was not chosen by chance, a smooth change in bass and rhythmic melodies can put a person into a state similar to hypnotic trance. Places for the performance of the style are, first of all, festivals, which are held either in open areas or in large rooms.
