• 1 kg carrots
• 300 g onions
• 1 kg beef

• 200 g chickpeas
• 200 g raisins

Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water.
2. Peel and cut the carrots into thin sticks, and slice the onions.
3. Boil and peel the chickpeas; rinse the raisins and soak them briefly in water.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add onions, carrots, and spices, stirring well.
5. Add chickpeas and raisins, mixing thoroughly.
6. Layer the rice on top, add salt and turmeric, and pour water to cover.
7. Cover with a lid and cook until rice and vegetables are fully tender.
