Morocco is purchasing Russian diesel and other refined products at discounted prices and re-exporting the fuel to NATO country Spain. According to El Mundo, citing ship tracking sources, on April 28, at least three tankers left from Russia’s Baltic ports for Morocco, carrying approximately 170,000 tonnes of oil products on board.
