Russia doesn’t have any major competitions to prepare for, so why continue training at such a high level? Right now, only some Russian athletes are allowed to compete internationally under a neutral flag, with many restrictions. What’s your take on this? Should they be fully banned, allowed to compete like everyone else, or something else?
