Rules:
1. 1 shot/drink per bar of meter spent
2. 2 shots/drinks for super attack, regardless of whether it hits
3. 1 shot/drink per bar spend during a wager
4. 1 shot/drink when you lose your first health bar
5. 2 shots/drinks when you lose
