On 1 June 2017, former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher spoke to Jon Snow about a potential Oasis reunion. The younger Gallagher brother made clear that, while he was "ready to go", his older brother, Noel Gallagher, was the one "who doesn't want it". Liam also spoke about how his feud with Noel must be affecting their mother: "I've got kids and when they argue and they're not getting on and stuff, you know, you feel the pain man, you know what I mean?"
