Five months after posing for an iconic picture with Shedeur Sanders on his official visit to Colorado, quarterback Julian Lewis made the switch. The 6-foot-0.5, 185-pound Lewis, from Carrollton (Ga.) High, announced he plans to play his college football in Boulder during an appearance on the Pat McAfee Show on ESPN Thursday.

Lewis took four visits to Colorado in order to make an informed decision. During his official visit in June, Buffaloes fans showed up outside the Champions Center with signs to welcome him and Lewis got an opportunity to try "JuJu's Precision Pass Burger," a new menu item named after him at The Sink in Boulder. Even the Boulder Theater had a message for Lewis.
