Tomatoes in a hanging basket 👌

Who remembers my Tumbling Tom dwarf bush tomatoes from last year? They were incredibly prolific! I’ve grown them for a few years and never seen them with so many flowers 🤩

So I’m excited to grow them again this season from home saved seeds 👍 I hope they germinate!

I also couldn’t help myself but bought several other miniature tomatoes to grow in containers and baskets in the garden. You can even grow them on your windowsill through winter as they’re so compact! Might try that this year.

However, as much as I love the way Tumbling Tom cascades down and the colour of those cherries, it’s not the most flavourful tomato. I hope one of the new varieties perform as well but have a better flavour 🤞

I must say, it feels a bit odd flexing the tomato muscle after such a long period of idleness! I’m not sowing my seeds yet though, better wait until mid March...
