Kaia
💡 What sparked your interest in digging/collecting?
Hearing DJs play beautiful, wonky tunes at events made me dream of building my own collection to play out. Slowly, it’s becoming the collection I’d love to share.
🔍 Where do you find your music?
Spotify at its core, with Bandcamp and YouTube as key digging platforms.
🎶 Any label/artist/collective recommendations for someone to start digging?
Ezra Collective and Ariwo for energy. I also love Shackleton and the Woe to the Septic Heart label. It really depends on your vibe.
🌟 Is there anyone that you take inspiration from? If so, who and why?
Everyone who digs through record shops and fairs. It can be overwhelming, but the conversations you have and the discoveries you make are so worth it. Big up yourselves! xx

💡 What sparked your interest in digging/collecting?
I grew up around trance and techno—both my parents were vinyl DJs. Over long commutes to high school, I started to shape my own musical tastes.
🔍 Where do you find your music?
Record fairs, Bandcamp, and deep dives on Discogs.
🎶 Any label/artist/collective recommendations for someone to start digging?
NTS Radio is perfect for mixes and shows across the musical spectrum. Also, follow distributors like Low Company, Rubadub, Industrial Coast, and Redeye.
🌟 Is there anyone that you take inspiration from? If so, who and why?
DJ legends like object blue, mi-el, Josey Rebelle, and John T. Gast, who aren’t afraid to take risks, hop genres, and switch up BPMs freely.
