
Since they are carb heavy we cooked up some American Wagyu we had in the freezer to complement the meal.
Soondae is definitely my favorite Korean street food and it can be made gluten-free too (although not all are). It could be an acquired taste though for those who are new to it. My hubby is not really into it although he eats 95% of Korean food. But once you get the hang of it, it’s the best comfort food together with Tteokbokki.
