Craving Korean street food so bad

We were craving soondae (korean blood sausage filled with glass noddles) and tteokboki (Korean spicy rice cakes) so bad. We went to Hannam market (which has a local soondae maker’s shop inside) to get some. Also, made some quick tteokboki since we had seasoning we made in the freezer from last time. (Made a gluten-free version for myself too.)
Since they are carb heavy we cooked up some American Wagyu we had in the freezer to complement the meal.
Soondae is definitely my favorite Korean street food and it can be made gluten-free too (although not all are). It could be an acquired taste though for those who are new to it. My hubby is not really into it although he eats 95% of Korean food. But once you get the hang of it, it’s the best comfort food together with Tteokbokki.
