The King of Queens is an American television sitcom that ran on CBS from 1998, to 2007, a total of nine seasons and 207 episodes. Stars Kevin James and Leah Remini as Doug and Carrie Heffernan, a working-class couple living in Rego Park, Queens, New York City. All the episodes were filmed in front of a live studio audience. The show would be the last live action show started in the 90's to end. The King of Queens was loosely based off the 60's TV show, The Honeymooners, which is even referenced in one episode.
