🧠CONCEPTS
♪ You can play bass on ANY part of the string
♪ Playing near the bridge: the strings are stiffer but the attack is more defined
♪ Playing near the neck: this is the easiest place to play and it gives you a nice phat bass tone
♪ Resting your thumb on the right hand gives you more control and might make you feel more comfortable
♪ ALWAYS rest your thumb on your E or A-string as along as you aren’t playing on them
♪ When you play the high G-string on your bass, drop your right thumb to the A-string to keep it muted
