Did you know this in Hazbin Hotel?

Since 2019 one of the most infamous fan wikis has been hazbin hotel journey to the light. Prior to the release of season 1 i gave my thoughts on it. It’s been a year, so has it gotten any better?

For a bit of context journey to the light is the largest hazbin hotel fanfiction. Rather than being an actual document you can read, it’s lore is solely spread across it’s wiki pages. The wiki is pretty infamous for a few reasons, it features plagiarised fan art with no credit, it contains leaks and stolen info, it ranks at the top of search results on google, showing up sometimes before the actual proper hazbin wiki, it confuses alot of newer viewers who mistake it as canon and generally the writing is pretty poor.

So has it improved? Well not really.

Since it’s hosted on fandom which is notoriously terrible, the pages are riddled with ads, it’s laggy and it’s hard to follow along whats happening.

Alot of the characters lore or images are just yoinked from other places.

The actual stories and writing are a bit of a mixed bag. It has some good elements, but alot of the changes made to the characters come across as half baked.
