Group Chief Executive Officer of Chukka Adventure Caribbean Mark Melville says the new cruise investment expected for the Bridgetown Port will motivate them to forward invest in Barbados. He says with adjustments to be made to the Port, they will begin investments now rather than wait until the work is done.
Mr. Melville was speaking during the announcement of a new business partnership between his company and Hunte's Gardens, which is expected to increase revenue and cruise tourism.
He adds Chukka is successful because it feeds off of all channels including locals, resorts, villas, and the cruise industry.
