The Daily Telegraph’s Tim Blair says Jacinta Allan is being handed a “great reward” for failing, as the embattled premier receives a massive pay rise. The Victorian premier has now become the second highest paid politician in the country, behind Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.
“Where is the incentive to do better? Where is the incentive to try and balance the books?” Mr Blair said.
