Big problem with my lime render. EP 72

The render I had put on it faulty. I think due to excess tumbling in the cement mixer the render has become very airaeted. Almost like shaving foam or whipping cream. After curing I found the render to have the consistency of merengue and I could sweep it off of the wall.
So no other option than to take it all off and start again.

I'm rendering the wall with a mix of Saint-Astiere coloured lime and 2 parts 02 sand.
