I was about to give up hope after nearly nine years of hoping a high quality version of original Tha Next Episode would be released (or leaked), then I found out Crooked I used the same beat for Real Thugs, and someone was dedicated enough to reconstruct the instrumental with the song: I got pretty impulsive and I couldn't let this opportunity slide, so I threw on the reconstructed instrumental to my DAW and the "best" version of the original Tha Next Episode I could find, and I tried to synchronise it to the best of my ability.
Until the real high quality version of the song is released, this is probably as good as it gets for now.
