This is how I found out I was pregnant and let me tell you guys I did not see it coming. We were on a snow trip in Big bear and did it all hot tub, tubing on my stomach, a little wine... and no clue what was coming 😁When we got back, I was late but didn’t think much of it since I was still nursing Zalec and not trying for another baby. Then one random day I felt off. Took Alita with me, casually grabbed a pregnancy test from CVS pharmacy. I told myself I'd wait until I got home, but I couldn’t so I stopped at Whole Foods, took the test in their bathroom and it was positive.
I was in shock so went back to CVS, grabbed another test just to be sure and still positive. That evening I sat with the news in my heart knowing my husband would be just as shocked.
It was SO hard not to tell him right away but I wanted to film his reaction. So the next day I said “Let’s take a fun little video in a Photo Booth as a family.”
And on the second picture, I pulled out the test his face said it all.
It took us a few weeks to fully process... but now we couldn’t feel more grateful for this surprise blessing. Baby 3, you’re already so loved. 🤍
