Life continues at full throttle, often it feels there is no room for things to go wrong or for new responsibilities to end up in our laps, but inevitably, we have learnt, things do go wrong and new kittens end up on our door step, and all of it must be welcomed with grace and love, otherwise we’d all go quite mad! There are three facts of life we have learnt from our last 5 years living in the countryside of South West France, 1) Old French house renovations are difficult but mistakes can be fixed 2) You are not crazy to end up with 4 cats, and 3) Italy is only 7 hours away.
