💧Ingredients(serves: 2 cup):
- 1/4 cup kodo millet (use any foxtail millet or little millet or barnyard millet)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup fresh coconut (or use any milk)
- 4-5 dates (or 2-3 tablespoons jaggery -adjust to taste)
- 3-4 cardamom (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- 3/4cup Water for cooking millet + 1.5 water for grinding smoothie + extra for soaking
How to Make It:
1️⃣ Cook kodo millet until soft and let it cool.
2️⃣ Blend with banana, coconut (or milk of choice), dates, and cardamom.
